Prolific Hoops LLC

Class Length: Each class runs for one (1) hour.
Schedule & Location: Classes take place at the times and locations posted on our website.
Missed Classes: Missed classes are non-refundable. Make-up sessions are not guaranteed but may be offered at the discretion of Prolific Hoops LLC.
Conduct & Safety: Students must follow all safety rules and coach instructions. Unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from class without refund.

Initial Payment: Any tuition or fees due at the time of registration must be paid in full to secure your child’s spot in the program.
Monthly Recurring Tuition: Tuition is billed on a monthly recurring basis and is due on the 1st of each month. By enrolling, you authorize Prolific Hoops LLC to automatically charge the payment method on file for the applicable monthly tuition unless enrollment is canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Non-Transferable: Skills classes purchased are valid only for the registered child and may not be shared, transferred, or credited to another participant.

Cancellation Policy: Enrollment may be canceled at any time; however, cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the next billing date to avoid the next scheduled charge.
No Refunds: Tuition and payments already processed are non-refundable.
No Credits: Prorated credits, refunds, or transfers for unused or missed classes will not be provided. Make-up classes may be offered when available but are not guaranteed.

Timeliness: Parents/guardians must ensure their child arrives on time for class and is picked up promptly at the end of the session.
Supervision & Conduct: Parents/guardians are responsible for their child’s behavior during Prolific Hoops LLC activities and agree to support coaches in maintaining a positive and respectful environment.
Property Care: Parents/guardians accept responsibility for any damage to facilities, equipment, or property caused by their child’s actions.

Medical Conditions: Parents/guardians must inform Prolific Hoops LLC and its coaches of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect their child’s participation.
Health Certification: Parents/guardians confirm that their child is in suitable health to safely participate in Prolific Hoops LLC activities.
Assumption of Risk: Parents/guardians understand that participation in sports involves inherent risks of injury, which may include but are not limited to sprains, fractures, and heat-related illness.
Liability Release: By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge these risks and agree that Prolific Hoops LLC is not responsible for injuries that occur during normal participation in training or activities. Parents/guardians agree to hold Prolific Hoops LLC harmless in such cases.

Use of Photos & Videos: Photos and/or videos may be taken during classes and events for training, promotional, and social media purposes.
Permission Granted: By enrolling, parents/guardians grant Prolific Hoops LLC permission to use their child’s image in these materials.
Opt-Out Option: Parents/guardians who do not wish for their child’s image to be used must provide written notice to Prolific Hoops LLC.

Respectful Behavior: All players and parents are expected to demonstrate respect toward coaches, staff, teammates, opponents, and facilities.
Safe Environment: Behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate will not be tolerated.
Right to Remove: Prolific Hoops LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from a class or program without refund if conduct violates these standards.

Weather & Environmental Conditions: Prolific Hoops LLC may delay, modify, relocate, or cancel classes due to extreme heat, rain, lightning, poor air quality, high winds, unsafe playing conditions, or other circumstances that may affect participant safety.
Facility Closures: Classes may also be canceled or relocated due to school, gym, field, or facility closures or other circumstances beyond the control of Prolific Hoops LLC.
Cancellation Notifications: When possible, parents/guardians will be notified of cancellations or schedule changes as soon as a decision has been made. Because weather and facility conditions can change quickly, some cancellations may occur shortly before the scheduled class.
Canceled Classes: If Prolific Hoops LLC cancels a class, a make-up session may be scheduled when reasonably possible. Make-up dates, times, and locations are subject to facility and coach availability and are not guarantee
